• Services already rendered (such as SEO, GMB Management, Web Design, Performance Marketing, etc.) are non-refundable.
• For digital services, partial refunds may be granted if significant work has not yet started.
• Customized services (e.g., branding, product packaging, photography) are non-refundable once design or execution has begun.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Completed services or delivered digital products.
• Domain registration, hosting, or third-party software/tool costs.
• Promotional campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) once launched.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method used.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service before execution begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Once work has started, refunds will not be possible.

5. Disputes

We encourage clients to first reach out to resolve any issues. In case of unresolved disputes, the decision of Buy Your Mart will be final.
